Cancellation Policy

All bridal and bridesmaids appointments require a credit card on file when you book. Your card is not charged and there is no cost to try on dresses. However, we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Brides who no-show to their appointment or cancel less than 24 hours before will be charged a $30 late cancel fee.
